The STAT! Materials Management Module increases the efficiency of your
Materials Department and promotes cost effective system wide inventory control.
STAT! Materials Management is fully integrated with both General Ledger
and Accounts Payable, improving productivity through reduced paperwork and by
eliminating redundant data entry between departments. This module may be
purchased as an enhancement to the STAT! Health Information System or as
an interfaced addition to existing hospital information systems. When integrated
with STAT! Bar Code Charge Entry a real time inventory is provided.
Inventory Control
- Inventory Inquiry provides full ordering data and inventory remaining in all
locations.
- Dynamic Stocking Level Capability minimizes in-house inventory.
- Extensive reporting simplifies all aspects of inventory management, includes
worksheets and pick lists.
- Supports up to 99 stock locations with inventory by location.
- Generates bin and shelf labels to facilitate inventory maintenance.
Purchase Orders
- Creates, issues, and tracks purchase orders.
- Supports both normal and standing purchase orders.
- Up to 200 line items per purchase order.
- Remarks may be added for each line item.
- Saves the three latest costs and cost by vendor for up to three vendors per
item.
- Hospital specified minimum par levels and reorder levels.
