This Record Sub-Group consists of the administrative records and correspondence
of the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the principal unit
responsible for academic matters within the University of Missouri System. Among
the topics covered in the Sub-Group are the UMC and UMKC medical schools,
university committees, the Graduate Council, development funding, the Space
Science Research Center, Sinclair Farm, the nuclear research reactor, the Water
Resources Research Center, long-range planning, the Mid-America State
Universities Association (M.A.S.U.A.), and the National Association of the State
Universities and Land Grant Colleges (N.A.S.U.L.G.C.). Also included in this
Sub-Group are meeting minutes, published materials, regulations and guidelines,
fiscal and accounting information, research proposals and grant applications
retained by the Office of Research under Dr. William D. Bryant, Coordinator for
Research and University Planning.
