If your organization has vehicles or assets valued over $5,000.00 which were
funded by DRPT Grant funds, then you are required to provide them in OLGA. This
Inventory Data must be updated each year. In some cases, you will not be
permitted to submit a grant application until this step is done.
Currently, only applicants applying for a FTA 5310 grant are required to
provide and maintain a Vehicle and Asset inventory in OLGA3. However, this
requirement will likely change in the near future and more applicants will be
required to provide this data. It is recommended that you provide and maintain
your Vehicle and Asset inventory in OLGA3 (if applicable).
Adding your Inventory
Adding your Inventory to OLGA is fairly straight forward. Click on the
Current Inventory on the left and begin filling the form.
If you had an Inventory recorded in OLGA for the previous
year then it will automatically be loaded into this current year's Inventory to
save you time. You will still need to update certain fields such as Total
Mileage and Last Year's Mileage but you will be saved from having to recreate
all the inventory records from scratch.
