Physical Inventory
Save time and improve accuracy of a physical inventory count.?Scan barcode (or manually enter item lookup code or alias for items with no barcode) with 2B-Inventory to record actual store quantities.? Quickly update information from 2B-Inventory to calculate differences in recorded and actual inventory. Compare against quantities in your item database to reveal shrinkage or other inventory discrepancies.?

Receiving
Increase efficiency of receiving merchandise.?Scan items (or manually enter item code for items with no barcode) and enter quantities received (including serialized inventory).?If a barcode or SKU is not available, lookup the item by description.?Create new items, receive against purchase orders and transfers; even update item description, price, supplier, and reorder number.?Easily update data in back office system to adjust quantities of PO and non-PO items and create new items with SKU, quantity, cost, price, description. department, category, and more.

Item Lookup
Quick and easy access to item information. Lookup item information by scanning item, entering item lookup code, or search by description.?View details such as item lookup code, description, quantity, department, category, and price. Sort items by item lookup code, description or quantity. 

Orders, Quotes, & Layaways
Create orders, quotes, & layaways by entering customer, items, quantities, and comments (optional).?If the customer does not exist, simply add the new customer.?Use the one click transfer to update your point of sale database (wireless or direct connection) with the customer and order information.?Recall orders from point of sale.

Purchase Orders
Create purchase orders by selecting supplier, items, and quantities.?If the supplier does not exist, simply add a new supplier.?Transfer suppliers and purchase orders to the point of sale.
