Look up your
Inventory by:
- Size
- Category
- Manufacturer
- Item #
- Group
- User-Defined Custom Sort Code
- Inventory look up
can be done by an individual choice or multiple choices. For example you may
want to look up all P185/70R14(size) Goodyear (manufacturer) Passenger
(category) tires, which would narrow down the number of items displayed. Or just
ask for all Goodyear tires, for a broader search. You can display information
for a single or multiple locations.
- Most field?#8364;™s give you the ability to
"See-More". For example, if you are not sure which Categories you have set up,
touch the "See-More" key and the system will display all of your choices in a
Pop-Up window.
- A "HELP" key is used to get an on-line
explanation of what the system is expecting you to enter.
- See stocking levels for all locations,
sales history, backorder information, outside purchased items and purchase order
information. Either on-screen or printed to paper.
- Choose items to go "On Sale". You can
set up a sales schedule ahead of time, give it a date range and once you reach
the beginning date the items will automatically go "On Sale" . These items will
Highlight in Point-of-Sale to get your attention. Once the date range is
completed the items will go back to regular price and no longer be highlighted.
You might also want to use a sales schedule to highlight slow moving or high GP
items.
- Multiple pricing levels give you the
ability to have customized pricing for Customer types (retail, wholesale,
commercial), individual customer pricing, pricing by manufacturer plus many
others. You can have well over 500 unique prices for a single item. Within the
pricing schedules you can price an item based upon Cost plus %. With password
permissions you can limit a user in their ability to change pricing within
Point-of-Sale. You can designate a Minimum GP% for an item, and if someone
should try to sell below the minimum GP the system will either notify you or
stop the sale from proceeding. In addition to the versatility you have in
manipulating pricing, you can also assign discounts. From Cash and Trade
Discounts to Chain Discounts, Automatic discounts for Manufacturers, Groups,
Individual Items and quantity break levels, TirePro gives you complete control
over your sales.
- Create your Price Schedules
automatically, by a range of items, by a Gross Profit percentage or a Mark Up
percentage. Choose Average or Standard Costing.
- Create Inventory Receipts manually or
bring them in automatically from Purchase Orders. Receive a complete or partial
order. Checks and balances throughout the system keep tabs on costs and signals
you when there is a costing discrepancy. Final updates will print a Receipts
Journal and automatically interface with Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
- Select all or part of your inventory for
a Physical Inventory count. Count sheets can be run in various ways with various
sorts and selects. Count your inventory at night and then take your time
entering the information, balancing any discrepancies and posting final numbers.
TirePro will readjust any transactions that have taken place during the interim
and bring you right up to date. Print a Variance Report to help you balance your
inventory, document any manual On Hand Adjustments and do a final update. Any
adjustments made will automatically create their own audit trail throughout the
system.
- Save 12 months of Outside Purchase units
and costs.
- Produce reports that show Unit Variance
and 24 months of On-Hand quantities for calculating inventory turns.
- Minimum/Maximum re-order levels for ease
in purchasing. Bin locations, Unit Weight and Tread Depth give you all the extra
information about an item that you need .
- A Partial List of Reports include:
- Stock Status, Stock Re-order and Inventory Movement
- Trends & Sales Projections and Inventory Sales
Analysis
- Price Lists and Customer Price Lists
- Transaction History and Transfer Reports
