access to guest services. Our clients are using them for everything from the
very basic unlocking of doors to using smartchip technology to recognize and
provide bonuses to loyal customers. When we chose SQL Anywhere Studio we knew
there were lots of client/server databases on the market, but most of them
require some level of onsite support. This was inappropriate to our customers “
most of whom have no IT staff. SQL Anywhere Studio - was a small, stable,
flexible and easy to deploy database that would meet the needs of our smallest
installation which uses one computer, up to the largest which has over 50

identification information and details such as duration of stay and services the
guest may be entitled to. The guest can then proceed to the hotel and without
needing to check in, use the VingCard in door swipe mechanisms to unlock their
