PHH ARC has developed an electronic
data collection system for recording hazardous building materials in buildings.
The Haztracker system is 100% electronic which reduces the
problems of conventional data collection and increases efficiency.
In response to the growing need to document the location, condition and type
of hazardous materials used in the structure and fabric of existing buildings,
Pinchin Environmental developed a Hazardous Materials Inventory System (HMIS).
