ESC Mobile Inventory simplifies the job of taking inventory in your store!  Now, with a PDA and a scanner module, you can quickly and easily take physical inventory and reconcile your inventory quantities right back to your eXtremePOS, Musicware or Praiz store database.  Features include:

  Quick database lookup shows you the Item number and description of item scanned on the screen.

  Quantity box allows you to quickly count multiple items.

  New/Used modes to keep separate totals of new vs. used items.  Change modes at any time.

  Scanner or manual mode can be chosen as needed.

  Details screen allows you to quickly view reference data on scanned item.  Info available includes expected quantities, price data, dept and location

    Clear Quantities function allows you to reset the count to zero as needed

ESC Mobile Inventory is fully integrated with all ESC POS software (eXtremePOS, Musicware for Windows and Praiz for Windows).  New Physical Inventory screen in Version 1.5 provides a simple, user friendly and powerful interface to upload and download data from Mobile Inventory and view and update your inventory quantities.  Features include:

  Select which department(s) you want to inventory.  Or select all departments.

  One click sends your inventory information to your PDA

  Import function to quickly sync inventory data from your PDA back to your computer.  Import function keeps a running total of your inventory, allowing you to sync back multiple times or have multiple PDAs running concurrently.

  View or print inventory discrepancy report to see all differences between expected and actual quantities, and value of lost inventory.  Discrepancy report addresses both new and used items.

  Quickly update quantities in ESC POS store database.

  Clear quantities and restart inventory if needed.
