FORMULATOR Software provides the Batch Manufacturer Formulation Development, Production, Inventory Control, Quality Control, and Cost Analysis. FORMULATOR comes with specific software tools for specialty chemicals (Adhesives, Paints, Inks, Lubricants, Pesticides, Cleaners, etc.), cosmetics, drugs (OTC & injectables), foods, Nutrient Supplements and animal feeds. FORMULATOR supplies all of the functions such as multiple units of measure and lot control for the lab, for production and for inventory management from receipt of raw materials and container components, to batch mixing, filling and shipment. Includes physical inventory count tools for all materials.

FORMULATOR integrates with Peachtree purchasing, inventory & sales; receiving raw materials and container components into FORMULATOR inventory, managing inventories and production in FORMULATOR, filling containers and outputting materials and finished goods into Peachtree for order management and invoicing. Physical Inventory management is done in FORMULATOR; adjustments to inventory are done in Peachtree based on counts and cost adjustments. FORMULATOR supports Lot Costing, Lot traceability and meets the requirements of FDA CFR11 and The BioTerrorism Act of 2002. Full documentation, support and training are provided by FORMULATOR Software staff.

FORMULATOR add-on modules also offers the capabilities of creating MSDS forms for regulated materials, outputting Certificates of Analysis, providing cost analysis, creating container shipping labels, creating Nutrient Fact Sheets for foods and nutritional products, outputting product data sheets and a variety of reports and analysis.
